Dear Community,

We’re excited to launch Metaphysical Week – happening around the first week of the month, we will have Teachers all over the UK & EU offering the same class to help everyone build foundational tools!

Then coming up this Friday is a very special Full Moon meditation on Beltane at the MMS HQ in London! See details below to book!

Not in London? We have a moving meditation available for you in our weekly Chi-Do tonight, live on Zoom.

Blessings & Light,

The Modern Mystery School UK & EU Team

Metaphysical Week Is Here

We have some very exciting news unfolding across the UK, EU, Hobart (Australia), Dubai, Barbados and beyond!

We are delighted to introduce something truly special: Metaphysical Week.

This is a powerful week of teachings, tools, and experiences designed to help you reconnect with the light, your purpose, and ultimately, yourself.

Teachings will be handed down all over in these different countries within the same week – creating unity in this cohesive field of learning. This makes it simpler for you to attend more of these wonderful classes, and the energy of this collective learning during this time will impact us all!

This is just the beginning of learning together and polishing tools that will last for the rest of your life.

Our vision is to host Metaphysical Week once a month across the UK & EU (plus Hobark, Barbados, Dubai), each time featuring a different class, a different doorway, a different way to access your inner light and wisdom.

Why does this matter now?

In a fast-changing world, the importance of coming together has never been greater.

To connect
To unify
To return to something real
And most importantly to empower each person to find the Light within you

Whether you’ve joined us before or are completely new, one thing becomes clear very quickly: when you connect with that Light… something shifts. We highly encourage you to join again, in person, and open the power of this tool in an entirely new way.

Beginning the first week of June, the first class will be Sanctuary Meditation!

What better way to open this series than with one of the most loved and transformational tools, Sanctuary Meditation! This is a simple yet profound practice, taught in a 2-hour class, that gives you direct access to your inner guidance, your Higher Self.

But rather than tell you what it is… we asked those who have experienced it to share honestly with you.

Can something this simple really change your life?

~ Caroline Latour, Life Activation Practitioner, Ritual Master Apprentice, Worldwide

It’s a practice that grows with you. It it doesn’t stay the same. It’s not static. To be able to witness that growth – not only is it deeper and more meaningful – but it’s also a a chart of your own growth, a reference point of your own progression.

Getting to recognize my own energy was something that was very new to me, and the Sanctuary Meditation really helped me with that. It was the first thing that helped me to connect with that. I hadn’t realized that there was so much noise around me until I experienced the Sanctuary Meditation.

It’s a practice that helps you to trust yourself.

The Sanctuary Meditation also really (really) helps you to love yourself much more because you see yourself as your true self. All that beauty, that purity is actually you, a very uncorrupted form of you.

[If I could say one thing about it, is that] … it helps me to connect with my own eternity.

~ Grace Hui, Life Activation Practitioner, Healer, Ritual Master Apprentice, London, UK

When I first did meditation and for the first time in the Mystery School, it was the Sanctuary Meditation. I was hands down the worst student ever. I was wriggling. I was irritated. I was moaning – all because I had never meditated before. However, the Sanctuary Meditation taught me for the first time how to meditate – it opened up my energy (and I didn’t know what that was before), and I was able to shift into a higher state of awareness – a higher place where I could access information.

It was the ultimate spiritual coach in my back pocket that I had never had before.

In my line of work at the time (the film industry), not only did I handle everyone’s crazy and unreasonable needs, I would stay centered, and get my job done with ease because I wasn’t letting those distractions distract me. At the same time, I was on top of my growth, and what was important for me for the day. This technique was, honestly, a game changer.

These tools are being offered precisely because they’re relevant in modern times. But with any tool, you need to use it and not put it on a shelf.

~ Julia Tiffin, Modern Mystery School Speciality Teacher, Guide, Third Step Ritual Master, London, UK

Sometimes when you are standing with a decision in front of you, and you are like 50/50 – will I do it or not – instead of being dependent on the outside world, what other people are telling you to do, I recommend you go to your Higher Self, ask several questions, and then receive the answers!

I use this when I have questions for my life. Instead of going outwards and asking other people, now I go inwards and I get my answers here.

I wish that this will be taught in schools because if everyone could learn this in school as a kid, you would make such different decisions for your whole life! You would not lose your North Star or what sparks your heart. If you have a chance, and if you’re somewhere near, or can get near, just come and join!

~ Daniela Simart, Life Activation Practitioner, Ritual Master Apprentice, Plauen, Germany

The Sanctuary Meditation class is super quick and dirty! I mean, it’s amazing because it is so fast and it’s a tool that like anything in the lineage, you really learn on a deep energetic level. You’re not just getting knowledge and the tools and being sent away, but you’re receiving – things get unlocked in you as a person and it makes practicing meditation easier than perhaps in other practices.

I think because it does quiet your mind and relax your body, you’re able to connect to yourself in a better way. You’re more calm, you’re more regulated, and sort of those monkey mind type inputs that we get so distracted by in the modern era ,don’t really have as much pull and as much sway over us when we’ve been meditating.

~ Dr Jackie Nonweiler, Life Activation Practitioner, Healer, Teacher, Ritual Master Apprentice, London, UK

The sanctuary meditation moves your meditation from being one way to two-way communication because the meditations I had been doing before were amazing at helping me to calm down, to calm down my central nervous system, but there was no feedback loop. I wasn’t getting anything back. I can remember the first time I experienced the Sanctuary Meditation. It genuinely was like an “aha moment” because I realized that my Higher Self had not been able to communicate with me up until that point.

If you have an opportunity to attend this class, I would so so recommend it. It is such a beautiful class. You will get so many tools that will stand you in good stead for the rest of your life even if you do nothing else.

~ Célia Pronto, Life Activation Practitioner, Ritual Master Apprentice, London, UK

Wiccan Full Moon Meditation on Beltane

You’re warmly invited to gather with our community on this very powerful alignment! Having this Full Moon, also known as the Flower Moon, fall on Beltane, May 1st is indeed a rare double blessing. While the Sabbat celebrates the fire of the earth and the union of the Goddess and God, the Full Moon provides the celestial spotlight for deep, internal meditation. Our focus as a community will be inner flowering, while the rest of the world may be dancing around the Maypole.

“As the Earth blooms in outward beauty, so too does the spirit bloom in inner truth.” We will come together to cleanse and release what is holding us back, recharge and realign under the Scorpio Moon’s intensity and give ourselves permission to “bloom” inwardly and outwardly. As the Flower moon symbolises growth, expression as well as the courage to be seen and moving into a stronger presence to fully bloom.

Symbolically the Flower Moon is associated with:

Abundance and expansion
Confidence in self-expression
Gratitude for growth already achieved
Celebrating how far you’ve come

It’s a reminder that growth isn’t only about striving forward, it’s also about pausing to acknowledge what’s already flourishing.
