Astral travel is the art of expanding one’s consciousness in order to travel outside the realms of this physical reality.
You can go anywhere you want! The only limitation is your own imagination. In this class you will learn how to astral travel while in a conscious state & how to prepare the physical body, mind and surroundings for this journey.
The Astral plane is one of the great workshops of the universe. The techniques taught are from authentic Mystery School teachings & they aid to improve Meditation, conscious dreaming and journeying.
