Good morning Ireland!

Love is in the air as Valentine's Day approaches. Whether or not you have a partner to celebrate with, this is also an important time for self-love and exploring your senses. Go out and eat good food, book yourself a massage, or have a good workout - anything that connects you with your heart and your body will support you during this time.

This week, we feature an interview with Julia Tiffin, who speak with Divina Kate Bartram Brown about why Journeys of the Spirit is such an important class. This class is a wonderful way to open up your inner senses, we invite you to explore the possibilities of this transformational training.
